Pricing Questions
Is the audit really free?
Yes. The audit runs on public data and costs nothing. No signup and no credit card. Connect your Google Business Profile and your first map-pack rank scan is free too.
How does the free trial work?
Your first profile gets 14 days of the full Managed plan free. We ask for a card to start it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then from your Billing page and you pay nothing at all. After the trial it is $19/month for that profile.
Is there a one-time fee?
No. There is one plan, $19/month per profile. The fixes to your profile, your 90-day plan and your rank tracking are all part of it — there is nothing extra to buy first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and every change already applied to your profile stays on your profile.
Do you need access to my Google Business Profile?
Not for the audit, which uses public data. To scan your rankings, apply fixes or manage your profile, you connect your Google account through Google's secure sign-in. We never see your password, and you can disconnect at any time.
Do you have agency pricing?
Yes. 10 profiles are $149/month and 25 profiles are $299/month, with everything in Managed on each one. Email [email protected] and we will set it up with you.
What is your refund policy?
If a charge goes wrong, email [email protected] within 7 days of it and we will refund it to your original payment method. During the free trial nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
