By accessing or using CheckLocalSEO ("the Service"), operated by Hayz Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

CheckLocalSEO provides local SEO audit tools for businesses. The Service includes:

• Free local SEO audit: A complimentary scan that returns a local SEO score and highlights the top issues affecting your business's local search presence.
• Full audit report ($39 AUD): A comprehensive, paid report delivered as a downloadable PDF. It covers Google Business Profile, on-page SEO, reviews, website performance, local content, and competitive analysis with prioritised recommendations.

You should independently verify all AI-generated recommendations before implementing them. CheckLocalSEO and Hayz Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for outcomes resulting from the application of AI-generated suggestions. We recommend consulting qualified professionals for decisions that may significantly impact your business.

The Service relies on the following third-party providers to deliver audit data, process payments, and generate report content:

• DataForSEO — provides business listing and local SEO data used in audits.
• Google PageSpeed Insights — provides website performance and Core Web Vitals data.
• Google Places API — provides business information and location data.
• Stripe — processes all payments securely. We do not store your credit card details.
• OpenAI — generates AI-powered recommendations and insights included in reports.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by third parties.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful business information when requesting an audit.
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose of auditing local SEO performance.
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service, including circumventing rate limits.
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit audit reports without authorisation.

The full audit report is available as a one-time purchase for $39 AUD. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• The $39 AUD fee is a one-time charge. There are no recurring subscriptions.
• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payment is required before the full report is generated and delivered.

Upon purchase, the content of your audit report belongs to you. You may use it internally, share it with your team, or provide it to third-party consultants working on your behalf.

The CheckLocalSEO brand, logo, website design, underlying source code, algorithms, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Hayz Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We strive to keep CheckLocalSEO available and operational at all times. However, the Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level agreement (SLA).

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including third-party service outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• CheckLocalSEO and Hayz Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any audit data, scores, or recommendations.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
